What we collect
We collect account details from providers and the contact, service, location, and scheduling information customers submit to complete or request a booking.
How information is used
Information supports search, booking, reminders, service delivery, support, fraud prevention, compliance, and measurement. Customer contact details are not published or shown in pre-claim outreach.
Sharing and retention
Confirmed providers receive only information necessary to perform the service. Infrastructure vendors process data under their agreements. Expired holds, tokens, and unnecessary personal data are removed according to the approved retention schedule.
Your choices
Customers and providers may request access, correction, deletion, or marketing suppression through the owner-approved privacy contact published at launch.
